Woman’s Trust Counselling
As part of our holistic wellbeing support, we offer access to specialist counselling through our partner organisation, Women’s Trust. This service provides a safe, confidential, and women-only space for survivors to explore and address the emotional impact of domestic abuse and the complex trauma that often accompanies it.
Women’s Trust delivers free, specialist counselling designed to support women’s mental health, emotional regulation, and social wellbeing. Sessions focus on helping women process trauma, strengthen coping strategies, and rebuild confidence and stability. Counselling is delivered by trained mental health professionals with expertise in working with survivors of abuse.
At our Hammersmith Women’s Centre, Women’s Trust counsellors provide weekly one-to-one sessions, offered consistently on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 10am and 3pm, with additional support available online to ensure flexibility and accessibility.
