The JOY Project runs lots of wellbeing and physical activities; from yoga, zumba, non contact boxing or martial arts, to walking or running sessions. We facilitate many varied courses, currently including crafting, nutrition & mental health, cooking on a budget, mindfulness, relaxation, Moodmaster and Becoming Self. JOY works with lots of partners who offer courses just for the JOY Project women too. We also run coffee and cake Informal Talks with local organisations and crafters.
