VAWG and Gender Based Violence Support

Phoebe steps in to offer psycho-social and legal support to empower and assist BME women and migrant backgrounds to make informed decisions and take concrete steps against the domestic violence through: 

  • Weekly group support networks
  • Vocational skills training for Black, minoritised, and migrant women and girls
  • Food parcels for service users who are in immediate need
  • Campaigning against VAWG through partnership working and social media channels
  • Legal assistance with protection orders and immigration matters
  • Referrals to other organisations for temporary accommodation, protection services, mental health needs.
