Service provided by My Sisters’ House Women’s Centre – Bognor Regis
Thrive and Wellbeing Programme
The Thrive Programme supports women into employment, a career change, education or volunteering.
There are three branches to the Thrive Programme:
- Identifying and removing barriers to change
- Building skills to live positively
- Developing skills for and at work, education, training and volunteering
After initial coaching sessions, you can dip in and out of the programme, and approach it in any order – making it totally flexible and tailored to what you need.
If you aren’t sure where to start, if change doesn’t look possible, or you worry you’ll give up, we’re here to help you with that too.
We’ll be with you from your first step through the door to celebrating all your achievements along the way!
