Partnership InformationChanging Futures Changing Futures supports people in Nottingham facing three or more of these issues: homelessness, substance use, mental ill-health, domestic abuse, or involvement with the criminal justice system. The work is delivered via a partnership approach which is instrumental in both frontline delivery and working towards system change. Cross-agency collaboration, exploring new ways of working, and involving those who have direct experience of Severe Multiple Disadvantage (SMD) is also key. Our Changing Futures specialist DSVA navigator at Nottingham Women’s Centre works with women referred to Changing Futures Nottingham. https://www.changingfuturesnottingham.co.uk/

Our specialist navigators provide trauma-informed support to women experiencing severe and multiple disadvantage in Nottingham City.

Referral Information

New Changes Specialist DSVA SMD Navigator

Our New Changes specialist DSVA SMD navigator also works with women survivors of DSVA who are experiencing severe and multiple disadvantage. The navigator can work with women who are living in temporary accommodation in Nottingham and who are not being supported by Changing Futures. Women eligible for this service must also be facing one of the following issues: substance use, mental ill-health or involvement with the criminal justice system, as well as DSVA and being in temporary accommodation or homeless.
