Resettlement post-release support

This project offers holistic support to resettle upon release and move on in their lives. This will involve intensive through the gate support, advocacy at appointments with housing, Probation, drug and mental health services to enable stability in the first few days after release. Arrange temporary accommodation for women upon release if not already in place.
