Reconnect
The Reconnect programme is for women leaving HMP Send, HMP Downview and HMP Bronzefield and returning to London on release.
It is designed to support women with health needs to engage in local services. Embedded into our South London Women’s Hubs and our Unsentenced programme for women on remand, women can get support to access local health services to support their needs.

Who can be referred?
– Women with a health need, returning to London, not eligible for probation support
Referral Process
– If sentenced, referrals should be made to Advance.
