Physical Empowerment (after domestic abuse)

We run regular twelve-week courses (Port Talbot, Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire) for women who have survived domestic abuse and or / sexual violence.

These courses use a mixture of discussion, whiteboards, self-defence (emotional, mental and physical) and give women a chance to be heard in a safe space, with no judgement.

All women are welcome. You can refer yourself or be referred.

Our courses are free and we provide support with travel costs and childcare if required.
