Physical Empowerment (after childhood sexual abuse, rape under age of 16)

CARMARTHENSHIRE ONLY

We run a weekly club for women who have survived childhood sexual abuse and / or rape under the age of 16.

This is a small group and we use a mixture of whiteboards, discussion, reflective work, self-defence (emotional, mental, physical) and every woman can go at her own pace, there is no pressure to be anything but you.
