Parenting support
Parents and children are both allocated a key worker on admission
Parents engage in weekly key sessions discussing relapse prevention and their substance misuse journey
Delivery of the Positive Parenting Programme (Triple P), an accredited programme which enhances the skills parents use in managing their child’s behaviours.
Weekly visits from the health visitor to support children’s health and development
Parenting support and groups including the Triple P Programme
On-site paediatric nurse
We work alongside external agencies such as perinatal and the Sheffield vulnerabilities team
