Own My Life is a powerful 12-week course that helps women reclaim ownership of their lives after experiencing abuse. Grounded in feminist principles and designed by

survivors, this course supports women to understand the impact of abuse, rebuild their identity, and take back control of their choices, relationships, and future.

It’s a space for learning, reflection, empowerment.

Who It’s For

Women aged 18+ who have experienced domestic abuse or other forms of gendered violence and are ready to begin making sense of what has happened and focus on recovery and personal growth.

 

What to Expect

· A structured 12-week course delivered in a safe, supportive setting

· Topics include reclaiming your mind, body, choices, feelings, relationships, and world

· The Own My Story Journal to use throughout the course, a reflective and informative resource to keep afterwards

· Group discussion, video content, personal reflection, and empowering exercises
