Mental Health Support Coordination (UOK)

This service delivers one-to-one holistic support for women in order to promote their emotional wellbeing and recovery.

Working in partnership with the NHS Primary Care Networks; MHSCs from other organisations including Southdown; UOK partnership of commissioned local mental health & wellbeing providers; and Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

Our caseworker can provide 1-to-1 confidential sessions, offering emotional and practical support either remotely or within a safe, women-only space.
