Culturally Conducive Training and Workshops:

  • Training for organisations/agencies: train the trainer workshops that meet the cultural and gender sensitivities of minority ethnic women/communities.
  • Workshops for community groups/ambassadors/clients: culturally conducive awareness workshop to raise awareness and reduce stigma around gambling harms.
  • Outreach support within the community.
  • Events: stalls raising awareness of gambling harms and the support available at events in the community.

 

  • Holistic Peer Support activities aimed at BAME women suffering gambling harms involving:
  • Arts & crafts, baking, yoga, reflective work and more. We provide 1-1 and group peer support in a safe environment.
  • Referral pathways to our in-house support services and external specialist support based on client needs.
