Our Emotional Management course equips women with the knowledge and tools to better manage their reactions when experiencing a variety of different emotions, whilst also enabling them to identify these emotions as a normal part of life. These sessions also cover stress and anxiety management. The group involves theory behind these emotions, CBT, discussion work and a variety of games.
