Domestic Abuse and Recovery Toolkit
This 8-week course aims to equip women with the tools to form healthier and happier relationships. It is a trauma-informed toolkit underpinned by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and aims to support women on their journey to recovery. This explores harmful behaviours that survivors may have accumulated during their time in the relationship, healthy coping techniques to deal with the anger, stress and cPTSD symptoms, self-esteem building and learning red flags for future relationships. It runs for 7 weeks, every Wednesday 10am – 12pm.
