Conditional Caution

A conditional caution is an out of court resolution used by the Police. It is an alternative to a prosecution andis often used where the offence in relatively minor or the Police/CPS feel it appropriate.

At New Dawn New Day, women are referred to us as a part of their PCC, where they will complete up to 4 sessions with us as part of their PCC. Following assessment, they can be referred to any of our group programmes or can complete work on a one-to-one basis depending on their own individual needs.

Clients are welcome to engage in our other projects on a voluntary basis following the completion of their PCC sessions.
