Building Better Solutions

Our Building Better Solutions course helps women to understand actions and consequences and how to communicate effectively. Looking at how you react to a situation and using the CBT triangle to encourage new thoughts which can lead to a more desirable outcome. This course runs for 5 weeks.

This is carried out on a 1:1 appointment-only basis with women referred into the service through probation.
