Our Anger Management course equips women with the knowledge and tools to better manage their reactions when experiencing feelings of anger, whilst also enabling them to identify anger as a healthy and normal emotion. The session content includes: learning about the theory of anger; how to identify triggers; and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Women will learn the content through watching videos, independent work and group work. The end of the session goes through a different healthy coping technique each week, for example a mindfulness exercise. It runs for 5 weeks every Wednesday 1pm – 3pm.
