Our Anger Management course equips women with the knowledge and tools to better manage their reactions when experiencing feelings of anger, whilst also enabling them to identify anger as a healthy and normal emotion. The session content includes: learning about the theory behind anger, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, discussion and group work, and a variety of games. This course runs for 5 weeks, every Wednesday from 1pm to 1.45pm.
