RISE (Reducing Inequalities, Supporting Employment)

RISE helps vulnerable women to overcome the barriers to employment. With access to all of Kyra’s other services and activities, the Key Worker works one-to-one with the participant to identify the issues keeping her from employment or education and agree a pathway of support to overcome these. The aim is to help women into either education or employment, or to appropriate benefits or health support.
