Working Chance

Working Chance is a UK-wide charity helping women with convictions to gain employment. We have one office in London but work with women with convictions around the UK remotely to help them develop the confidence, skills and self-belief they need to unlock their potential and thrive.

We work with over 100 employers of all sizes across multiple sectors, which means that we are well placed to help women find a job or volunteering opportunity that match their skills, preferences and aspirations. Since we launched in 2009, we have supported thousands of women into employment.
